Ustec Srl, led by Cesare Para together with his children Valentina and Francesco, was born from the acquisition of the 'Undercarriages' Business Unit of Sampierana S.p.A., a Romagna-based company founded by the Para family in the 1950s and today a key component of the multinational CNH Industrial.

Tradition, experience and technological innovation are the values that have always distinguished the company history, from a small workshop in the 1950s to an international company.

  • 1950: Aleardo Para founds his artisan workshop for iron working.
  • 1974 Moreno and Cesare, Aleardo Para’s sons - the founder - join the company.
  • 1976: The company becomes an authorized dealer of Berco®.
  • 1984: The company starts the production of crawler undercarriages under the brand Sampierana®.
  • 1993: The brand Eurocomach® is born, representing earthmoving machines.
  • 2000: Sampierana S.n.c. becomes Sampierana S.p.A. (Ltd.).
  • 2007: The production of Sampierana undercarriage spare parts begins.
  • 2017: Sampierana opens a new headquarter in Modena.
  • 2019: The headquarter reaches 80,000 sqm of extension.
  • 2020:a logistic hub is inagurated in Cesena
  • 2021: CNH Industrial acquires the 90% of Sampierana S.p.A.
  • 2023: Cesare, Valentina and Francesco aquire the undercarriages division of Sampierana S.p.A. by founding Ustec S.r.l building a new production plant of 23.400 sqm.
