Since 1950: three generations of history
1950Aleardo Para founds his artisan workshop
1974The founder's sons, Cesare and Moreno, join the business and establish Para Aleardo e Figli
1976The company becomes an authorised Berco® dealer
1984Production of crawler undercarriages under the Sampierana® brand begins
1993Production of Eurocomach® earthmoving machines begins
2007Launch of the crawler undercarriage spare parts line under the Sampierana® brand
2021Sampierana joins the CNH Industrial® group
2022Expansion of the main headquarters begins, with 23,400 m2 dedicated to the undercarriage division
2023The Para family acquires the undercarriage division of Sampierana S.p.A., founding Ustec Srl – Undercarriage Solutions Technologies
2024Production starts at the new plant
