BROWSING DATA
The IT systems and software procedures required for this website to work acquire certain personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

WORK WITH US
In this section, you can apply for our open positions or submit a spontaneous application. In this case, we will process the data contained in your CV (including any “sensitive” data that may be present, such as belonging to protected categories, etc.).
Can we do this without your consent? Yes, we can process this data to evaluate your application under the General Authorisation of the Italian Data Protection Authority no. 146 of 5 June 2019 and pursuant to Art. 6 lett. b), GDPR and 111-bis Leg. Decree 196/03); therefore, your explicit consent is not required. How long do we keep this data? We process this data for 24 months from the submission of your application.

If you wish to request information about a specific machine, you can use this form, where we will collect your personal details (name and surname), contact details (email address and telephone number) and your company and country of origin.

How long do we keep this data? We keep this data for 30 days from the last submission of the request.

NEWSLETTER
You can also subscribe to our newsletter via the website and, in this case, we will process your email address.
Can we do this without your consent? Yes, because we are fulfilling a request made by you (Art. 6, lett. b, GDPR).
How long do we keep this data? We will keep this data for 36 months from your last active and voluntary interaction with our communications (e.g. opening an email). In the absence of further interaction, the retention period runs from the time consent is given. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How do we process your data?
Your data is processed using tools and procedures designed to ensure their security and confidentiality, and this can be carried out via our website or using other electronic tools (such as internal management systems), and occasionally using paper-based records. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organisation of this website (administrative or sales personnel, system administrators, etc.) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, data entry service providers) may have access to the data and, where required by law, these parties are appointed as Data Processors. Where is your data?
The processing of your personal data takes place within the European Union. We have selected partners that allow us to keep the data within the EU, in accordance with the GDPR. Your browsing data (IP address), on the other hand, through the use of cookies, may be transferred outside the European Union, particularly to the United States (for example, Google).

Who has access to your data?
Your data may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Controller, acting as authorised personnel and/or system administrators, and to third parties (such as professional firms, consultants, software providers, etc.) carrying out outsourced activities on our behalf, in their capacity as Data Processors.
Your data will never be disclosed publicly.
The data recipients, on the other hand, are parties who receive personal data from the Controller and act as independent Controllers. These include:

  • Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedln, X and other platforms managed by the Data Controller. When you click on social media or platform icons, you will be redirected to external pages and agree to share certain data with the respective service providers. The information you share will be governed by the privacy policies of the selected Social Network or Platform.

As a data subject, you have several rights. For example, you have the right, where applicable, to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing (for a full list of your rights, please refer to Art. 15 and following of the GDPR). Protection of minors’ privacy
This website is intended for a general audience; however, its services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over.
