Ustec’s experience in the manufacture of undercarriages arose from a specific need: to develop bases for special-purpose machines with variable track widths, combining robustness, operational stability and ease of transport. From this need, solid technical expertise emerged, now reflected in a comprehensive product range.
We leverage all our experience to deliver undercarriages engineered with meticulous attention to detail and built to last, even in extreme operating conditions. Every component is designed to simplify the operator’s work and minimise maintenance requirements.
Our undercarriages are equipped with a hydraulic system fully integrated and protected within the structure, ensuring a clean, streamlined design, eliminating on-site maintenance and significantly extending product service life. The mechanical wedge locking system is a simple yet ingenious solution that allows us to completely eliminate play between the fixed section of the undercarriage and the moving components. This locking system automatically fixes the design track width, without operator intervention, and – most importantly – requires no maintenance. Thanks to this solution, an expandable structure achieves the same strength and operating precision as a rigid structure.
Today, our range includes pairs of side frames as well as fixed and expandable undercarriages, designed to meet the full spectrum of application requirements – from drilling and lifting to recycling and other special applications.
