| Ustec S.r.l. announces the signing of an important transaction, with which acquired the ‘Undercarriages’ Business Unit of Sampierana S.p.A., a historic company from Romagna founded by the Para family in the 1950s and today a key component of the multinational CNH Industrial. Ustec S.r.l. (Undercarriage Solutions Technologies), recently established but building on the experience gained in forty years of activity, is led by Cesare Para together with his children Valentina and Francesco and can rely on an already consolidated structure composed of the management, the technical and production departments specialised in design, production and distribution of crawled undercarriages. The company is based on a clear philosophy, focused on long-term growth that, thanks to planned industrial and production investments, will allow it to further expand its product range and consolidate business relations with its partners. The focus on the customer, a high product customisation capacity as well as the valorisation and growth of its employees are fundamental principles on which Ustec will base its works. |
